Return Policy

Our goal is that you are thrilled with your purchase. That is our number 1 priority!

Please inspect your order carefully. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product.

In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or we will offer a replacement on damaged items from shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.

Shipping and Handling

Standard shipping is free!

For two-day shipping, please contact customer service at (818) 407-0097. Fifteen dollars will be added to the delivery charge. Orders must be placed by 11am pst Monday-Friday.

Overnight shipping may be available for an additional charge. Please contact customer service at (818) 407-0097 to request overnight delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, we try to limit the time spent in warmer climates. Knew Products/Aglow candles reserves the right to delay shipping without notice.

Knew Products/Aglow candles will ship only to residential or business addresses, no PO Boxes. Please call customer service at (818) 407-0097 to arrange alternative shipping options.

Shipping Speed

If shipped ground, packages should be received within:

  • 2-days for Western States (CA, NV, UT, AZ);
  • 3-days for Alaska, Hawaii Northern and Central States and regions:
  • 4-5 days for Midwest and Eastern States.

Special Rates

Alaska and Hawaii
A $15 surcharge will be added to the ground delivery charge. Unfortunately, we cannot ship overnight outside of the Continental U.S.

Canada
Orders shipping to Canada will be charged 30% of the order total.

International Orders and U.S. Territories
Aglow products cannot be shipped outside of the Continental U.S. at this time.
